Use of services
You may use the public site and demos for lawful business evaluation only.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or submit unlawful, confidential, or regulated data unless a written agreement allows it.
Consulting and deliverables
Consulting scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, fees, and intellectual-property transfer are defined in the relevant statement of work.
Unless a statement of work says otherwise, pre-existing tools, reusable patterns, know-how, and open-source components remain with their original owners.
